Frequently asked questions
Once your reservation is made, CrewTel-USA does not keep records of individual bookings. All records are maintained at the hotel front desk. To retrieve your reservation details:
Call: 855-490-7786
After the greeting, enter your airport’s 3-letter code
Select the hotel option and speak directly with the front desk
When you check in to a hotel, the property may place a temporary authorization hold (also called an incidentals hold) on your credit or debit card. This is not a charge and does not mean you have been billed.
The hold is used by the hotel to cover incidentals, such as potential room damage, unpaid food and beverage charges, or other on-property expenses that may occur during your stay.
Important things to know:
The incidental hold amount is set by the hotel, not CrewTel USA.
The funds remain pending and are not collected unless charges occur.
After checkout, the hotel releases the hold.
The time it takes for the funds to return depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days, sometimes longer for debit cards).
To avoid delays or larger holds, we strongly recommend using a credit card rather than a debit card when possible.
If you have questions about the hold amount or release timing, the hotel’s front desk can provide the most accurate information.
